Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 October 2026

This policy explains what TabZero collects when you join the Founder Beta, what we do with it, and the choices you have. TabZero is run by Danny Vardy in Australia. When this policy says "we", it means TabZero.

What we collect

When you join the Founder Beta we collect your email address, your first name if you give it, how many browser tabs you have open, and whether you chose the Founder Beta or just updates. If you take the Tab Test, we keep your answers, including anything you write in your own words. We also keep basic records of the emails we send you, such as whether they were delivered, opened or replied to.

Why we collect it

We do not use your details to train shared AI models.

Emails written by AI

Some of our emails are written by Einstein, TabZero's AI guide. They always say so. A person oversees how Einstein is set up and what it may say.

Who handles it for us

We use an email service, LeadMail, and the email delivery company it relies on, to store your details and send our emails. Your Tab Test answers are stored with our hosting provider, Railway. They handle your details only to provide that service to us. Their servers may be outside Australia.

Who we share it with

We do not rent or trade your details to other companies for their own marketing. If TabZero, or part of it, is ever sold, merged or restructured, your details may pass to the new owner as part of that, and they must look after them in line with this policy.

We may also share details where the law requires it.

Your choices

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your details from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep them only for as long as we need them for the purposes above.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change matters to how we use your details, we will tell you by email.
